“Are ya workin’ hard or hardly workin’?”

My sister and I were working out on treadmills today, side-by-side, and I saw that her heart rate was significantly lower than mine, so I was razzing her about it. She weighs quite a bit less than I do, though, so technically it just means she’s in better shape than I am.
But I was having fun giving her a hard time anyway. She let me come work out at her club, then we lounged in the mineral bath whirlpool. It was kind of a welcome respite. When working out and sweating have become “respite,” you know your life has become pretty intense/hectic!
