Big Brother 8 Final Show Predictions; Who will win? Dick or Danielle?
Well, I wasn’t going to watch the final show of Big Brother 8 because I am so disappointed that it has come down to Dick and Danielle. But I actually do have an opinion on who I think will win and who I want to win. So I am going to make my predictions here. What would the Big Brother 8 season be without the final show and, of course, predictions about who will win? Even if it is Dick and Danielle. (Yuck)
Going against what I had thought before, I think Dick will win. I think that nobody liked the tactics of either one of them. But Danielle was a bit more underhanded and nasty at times. And at other times she was TRYING to be underhanded but was quite transparent. Especially in her “making friends” with whoever she thought could do her some good that week. At least Dick would say something like, ‘Ok, we don’t get along and we don’t like each other, but it would be beneficial for us both to align this week for this reason…’ Danielle on the other hand would say stuff like, ‘Aw, you’re so cool. I like your shirt. We have a connection even if we didn’t talk about it before. We should stick together.’ (Paraphrasing.) And it was all bullshit and seen through eventually.
I think people will also see that Dick carried Danielle for much of the game, including when she was cheating on her boyfriend with Nick and doing nothing but laying under the covers with him for weeks at a time and kissing him and crying over him. How many times did even HE say to her “you need to start playing this game.”
As far as my personal opinion, I hope Dick wins. The reason is that I think that neither of them deserves any of the money, but if he wins it, he is likely to just blow the money and it will be gone (probably on alcohol, cigarettes and partying).
I would love to see him win and then crash and burn within a year. And that is not because I wish ill will on just anyone. It’s because he is nasty to people even when it has nothing to do with the game (as Julie even pointed out), he is disrespectful of women, he is incapable of winning a game without resorting to negative and despicable tactics, he made the game personal by attacking people personally instead of just keeping it about the game, and I consider dumping iced tea on Jen’s head to be assault.
Dumping iced tea on Jen’s head was invasive of her personal space and a physical act that caused her physical discomfort. That is NOT ok. And if someone is grabbing for your cigarette, pulling it away is ok. Burning them deliberately is not.
Then there is the “cheating.” Dick received (by his own admission) coded letters from his son when he was HOH (you can receive letters from the outside when you are head of household, provided they do not contain information about the game) which told him which members of the house to look out for. For some reason, Big Brother has said they don’t consider this cheating. I think that is a huge “WTF?????”.
So yeah, because of the cheating and the physical “assaults” and the unecessary roughness, I don’t think Dick deserves any money whatsoever and I would LOVE to see him make an even bigger clown of himself and blow all the money and wind up as bad or worse off than he obviously was before.
As for Danielle, the bitch who looked at Zach’s crotch in a picture and said, “There’s the angry inch” - and a whole slew of other crap, including the cringingly nasty business of basically sweeping her boyfriend under the carpet for someone she’d known two weeks and publicly humiliating him - well, at the very least she will get $50,000 and will probably make it go further than Dick’s $500,000.
But hey, life’s not fair and you have to suck it up.
And the only redeeming thing about tonight’s show will be getting to see everyone’s reaction when the “America’s Player” twist is revealed. That should have been a huge deal and really cool, but unfortunately it will be overshadowed by all this Dick and Danielle crap.
So much for Big Brother. Unless they change producers and/or address the cheating and abuse and/or promise big changes for next season (if there even is a next season) I seriously doubt I will watch Big Brother 9.
Big Brother 8 Final 2; Dick & Danielle; Dick Wins Final Head of Household) HOH Competition
Well, Big Brother 8 is over for me. Evel, Evil, dorky Dick the won HOH (Head of Household) competition, so it will be Dick and Danielle in the final two. He sent Zach out. Now Dick and Danielle have the “joy” of spending the next 5 days in locked in a house together, 24/7. I think I’d kill myself if I had to spend 10 minutes with either one of them. I guess they deserve each other.

Big Brother 8 Final HOH; Second Part of the Head Of Household Competition 2nd Try
Looks like things are not winding up on Big Brother 8 the way Dick and Danielle planned it. First, Zach won the first part of the final hoh competition. Second, apparently Dick had planned to throw the 2nd part of the head of household competition to Danielle. But Big Brother must have set up the competition in a way where it was impossible to do that. And Dick won. Word is, Danielle is pissed!
And that makes sense. I think it would be harder for Zach to win against Danielle in the third part of the last HOH. But I think Zach has a real shot against Dick. And that’s who it is in the final competition: Dick Vs. Zach. LOL
I’m rooting for Zach and I’m pulling for Zach. And in this scenario, I think it could realistically be Zach! Then he just has to decide who to take with him. 
If they have the final competition be what it has been in the past, it will involve people from the jury house. BB basically asks Zach or Dick how a certain member of Big Brother 8 would have answered a certain question and they will have to guess right. Or estimate right.
They have to think of not only what is the correct answer, they have to decide whether the jury house person knows the correct answer. And if they DO know the corret answer, is that how they will answer? Or will they say something different to throw off either Dick or Zach?

Big Brother 8 Final HOH; 3 Part Head Of Household Competition
Yay! Zach won the first leg of the Big Brother 8 3 Part Head Of Household Competition! I am so happy. I don’t know if he can pull off winning the final HOH competition to be the final Head of Household (I’m so glad they do it in a 3 part format), but I would love to see him win Big Brother 8, for sure!
Two things surprised me in this - I was surprised that Danielle lost so early in this leg of the HOH Competition. And I was surprised that Dick held on so long. 8 hours he and Zach stood out there!
Zach definitely deserved to win. I truly hope he goes on to be Head of Household. They always say lying and manipulation is the way to win the game. I disagree. I think it’s the EASIEST way to win the game. But I’d like to see Zach prove that it’s possible to win by more honorable tactics.
I think the next part of the competition is tonight. That will be between Dick and Danielle. I’m sure they’ll just decide who would be best to got on to compete against Zach and one will throw it to the other.
Then on Thursday’s live show will be the final part of the 3 Part competition. I predict Danielle will go up against Zach and the winner will be the Head of Household. Then the jury house people get to vote who comes in second and who comes in first and wins Big Brother 8! (I’m so glad they finally showed the jury (sequester) house!
Big Brother 8 POV (Power of Veto) Competition Predictions
I should probably call that something more like Big Brother 8 POV (Power of Veto) Competition Speculations, since I can’t see into the future. But my Big Brother 8 Power of Veto Competition ”prediction” is this:
I think Zach is going to win it. He has the least to lose and is the most focused and relaxed. No matter who wins this competition, he is still going to be in the Final 3 and nothing can change that. He isn’t going to feel that fear of failure roaring in his ears while he is trying to think. Leading up to the competition, he seems focused and relaxed and ready.
Jameka, on the other hand, is praying and “practicing” - which is good, but I don’t think she is doing herself any good. Danielle is just stressed as usual and very scared.
And Dick is TOTALLY working himself up and stressing himself out. He is listening to his music and playing air guitar and getting all worked up. He’s yelling things like “Come the fuck on, already!” about the power of veto competition because it’s late starting and is actually throwing things. Big Brother officials had to tell him to stop.
I think he was trying to pump himself up for it, but since it is so late starting, all he did was work himself into a frenzy!
Anyway, I think it will be Zach and so nominations will remain the same. Jameka will send Danielle out and the next round will begin!
Big Brother 8 Jury House & Eric & Sequester House Rumors!
I have soooo many questions about Big Brother 8’s Sequester House (did they change to calling it “Jury House” this year?), and they don’t seem to be telling us much! First, when did it go from being called “sequester house” to “jury house.” And why aren’t they showing it? I figure the answer can’t be good, because they aren’t even mentioning it or offering any information about that fact when the shows air. Which leaves room for all these rumors to abound - and I just heard another one!
What I’ve heard now is that they are each being kept in apartments totally separate from one another. Why they would do this, obviously I don’t know. Since I don’t even know whether or not they are doing it. But I would think that the Eric/America’s Player thing might factor into it.
Here is where I start asking myself questions: Did they forget to put in Eric’s contract that he can’t reveal himself as America’s Player while in the jury house - and they realized that he figured that out, too, so they aren’t taking any chances?
Did they run out of budget to send them someplace luxurious, so they just shoved them into corporate apartments they have secured in the area?
Is one of the cast members unable to obtain a passport, therefore unable to travel to some exotic locale?
Did they fear for the safety of the others if Dick got evicted and wound up there all pissed off?
Who knows? But it puts another spoke in the story about Jen. I had thought maybe she left because she was having trouble getting along with other (if she did, indeed, leave). But maybe she left because she had no reason to stay if she wasn’t putting on a show for fellow housemates and America, since they weren’t showing any sequester house (jury house) footage.
Makes me wonder….
Big Brother 8 Sequester House Rumor Says Jen Packed Her Bags!
I have been wondering why they have not been showing squester house footage on Big Brother 8. I thought maybe they were saving up footage, or they were somehow going to do something different this year. I always love seeing the “dreaded” sequester house in all it’s decadent, lovely glory! And then seeing each player of Big Brother there show up as time goes on.
I read some stuff online that there is a different producer this year (Alice Grodner) on Big Brother 8, so maybe that is why no sequester house footage. Then people were speculating all kinds of weird stuff, but still I wondered.
Then tonight, just now, someone I know of online said that Janelle was overheard saying that SHE overheard that they were not showing any footage because Jen packed her bags and LEFT sequester house! Apparently they did not want to show ANYTHING like that, so the plan is now to just show one sequence at the end of the season, instead of showing the players show up one at a time, like they have in the past.
Obviously this is only rumor from a virually anonymous source, as it ’s online info. But if Jen left, I think that is really funny. I hope we can find out some better information about this sooner than later. Has anyone seen Jen on the streets out there in the world somewhere???
Big Brother 8 - Thursday Predictions Redux
After my last post on the double eviction predictions for Big Brother 8 on Thursday, I found out some interesting things online.
First I read through a posting of “live happenings” in the Big Brother 8 house that Dick took Jameka outside to have a talk with her. He wanted to do the straight-up, nice thing and tell her that she was going for sure on Thursday. He said that’s just how it is, they’d made up their minds, and he thought it was right that they should tell her. He basically said, “We’re going to send you to the sequester house this week.”
So that blew my theory out of the water until later in the day. Because later someone posted that what they really want is for Jessica to go. So they made a show of saying that it was Jameka who was going, because they didn’t want Jessica campaigning for herself and cutting side deals.
They also said that the shock would mess up Eric’s game when they do “Head of Household” following the eviction. Wow. This is all just what I read, I didn’t hear it myself, but that was quite a shocker. And while my “prediction” would necessarily be true about Jessica leaving, it was still a surprise and not the way I saw things going.
And if that is what they actually do, Dick might have his little plan come back to kick him in the pants sooner than later. If they send Jessica out as a shocker, and Eric wins head of household, I can almost guarantee that it will be Dick who goes.
Because, since it’s a double eviction and Eric (if he is the head of household at that point) will have to send someone out immediately, Eric will be so pumped up and angry and out for revenge that BOOM - Dick’s ass will be out that door so fast he won’t even know what hit him.
I hope that’s how it goes down. I’ve been pretty disappointed with this season, but it would almost be worth it all just to see that happen! (For those who don’t watch, I’m not being an asshole - Dick has been verbally, and borderline physically, abusive to every female in that house including, arguably, his daughter. He’s so smug and such an ass, I’d love to see him out the door, and I hope he trips and falls on his face when he goes!)
