Did They Change Earth Day And Nobody Told Me?

I always thought Earth Day was the third Sunday of April. Thus my post today entitled, “Happy Earth day, April 20, 2008.” Now I hear it’s on April 22nd? Why the 22nd? Weird.

To celebrate Earth Day, allow me to share a picture of my son Charlie hugging a tree! He just started doing this at the park last week. To my knowledge, he has never heard the word “treehugger” before. I guess he just felt moved to share the love with our Druish friends!





And here’s a video someone put together with beautiful images of nature, very inspirational. The music is by Dramarama, and the song is “What Are We Gonna Do?” by Joe Easdale. I’ve always loved this song!
