Whenever I've applied for any kind of aid, I'm always told I my income is just above the threshold for any kind of help, so I assumed that was true in this case as well. I'm going to try, though. I have a lot of expenses I wouldn't otherwise have were he not disabled. Qualified babysitting (you can't just get the neighborhood high-schooler, in his case) being just one of those things.
